This class is for new mothers from approximately 6-8 weeks after the birth of their baby and with midwife or doctor clearance for caesareans. The class allows women some time out for themselves to experience deep relaxation and enjoying stretches designed for the post partum body. Hormonal changes, family influences and lifestyle changes can have an impact on a new mothers wellbeing and learning to develop a yoga practice is an excellent way to help assist women at this time.
No classes are scheduled at the moment, however we have a Mums & Bubs class on at Tuesday 11:00am. |
