Mums & Bubs Yoga

This class is designed for mums and their babies to practice yoga together comprising of gentle postures to strengthen and tone the post partum body.  There is emphasis on breath awareness and deep relaxation to release tension and calm the busy mind as well as an opportunity to develop a deeper connection to the baby through infant massage. Infant massage and baby yoga is great way to aid digestion and learn techniques to relax and settle the baby.There is no expectation for your baby to "behave" in a certain way and if you need to feed or change the baby in class, thats fine!
 
The class is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling and no yoga experience is necessary.
