General Yoga

The general yoga class is for those with some experience of Yoga.  A typical class begins with an initial relaxation followed by some Pranayama (breathing exercises). A few rounds of sun salutations follow to warm up the spine and give students an opportunity to assess how their body is feeling.  The class continues with postures to strenghten, tone, improve posture and give an overall workout for the spine, finishing with deep relaxation and optional meditation.
Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 10.45am and Saturday 10:45am. The Tuesday and  Thursday classes are currently full.
