Beginners Yoga

The beginners class is an introduction to yoga providing an understanding of all aspects of yoga.  Students will learn some basic postures, full diaphragmatic breathing, deep relaxation and an introduction to meditation.

The class is also suitable for those wishing to refresh their understanding of yogic principles and enjoy a gentler class. 
Yoga can be practised by anyone irrespective of age and physical condition as postures can be adapted to suit individual needs or an alternative class can be arranged.
Thursday's 5:45pm and Saturday 9am. These classes are currently full.
